In the small garden gazebo, Matthew and Shawn sat across from each other.
"Boss, shouldn't we be doing something else?" Shawn stared blankly at Matthew, unsure of what he had in mind. Since earlier, everything Matthew did left him a little confused.
Matthew gazed at the falling autumn leaves outside the gazebo and responded softly, "If you could figure out what I'm thinking now, you wouldn't still be calling me 'boss' now, would you?"
Matthew's words made Shawn ponder. He had a point, if Shawn had figured out what was in Matthew's head. He would've been his own boss now.
A cool breeze swept outside the gazebo as Matthew sat leisurely, showing no signs of urgency.
