Tammy hesitated. The chairman had been in a terrible mood lately. If this boy was just here to make trouble, she'd be the one getting yelled at, or even fired.
But looking at him, he didn't seem like he was joking.
Just as she was caught in indecision, Cindy barked, "Don't you dare! If you want to get yourself fired, don't drag me down with you!"
Tammy flinched. She wasn't particularly happy with this job, but the company's benefits were decent. If she lost it, where would she find another position so easily?
Seeing Tammy freeze, Arthur grew impatient. He couldn't waste time standing around.
