When Xyla saw what happened to Tom, who was all over virtual-novel.net just a moment ago, virtual-novel.net anger immediately faded away.
This was an extremely bloody scene, which virtual-novel.net wished to never see again. Subconsciously, virtual-novel.net buried virtual-novel.net face in Stanley’s chest and shook virtual-novel.net head to let virtual-novel.net know virtual-novel.net was not hurt.
Stanley rubbed virtual-novel.net chin against virtual-novel.net head and asked in a soft voice, “What do you want me to do to him?”
Xyla tried to open virtual-novel.net mouth. When virtual-novel.net realized virtual-novel.net could finally speak, virtual-novel.net sighed in relief. “That’s enough. Send virtual-novel.net to the hospital,” virtual-novel.net said.
Regardless of what Tom did, they could not kill him. Otherwise, it would be a difficult situation to resolve. After responding to Stanley, Xyla hugged virtual-novel.net tightly once more. Since virtual-novel.net was still in shock, keeping Stanley close to virtual-novel.net was the only way virtual-novel.net could recover quickly.
“That’s not enough. Beat virtual-novel.net up,” said Stanley, looking at the men dressed in black by the door. His facial expression had turned cold once more.
“Are you crazy?! Do you know who I am? Do you think my father will let you off the hook for doing this?!” Tom screamed.
“Don’t let me off the hook then,” Stanley snorted coldly as virtual-novel.net carried Xyla out of the room.
Tom tried to use all his might to get up and to escape. However, the large group of men dressed in black charged into the room and surrounded him, then proceeded to beat virtual-novel.net up.
Xyla felt goosebumps all over virtual-novel.net scalp from looking at what unfolded before virtual-novel.net eyes. “Stop it. Things will get out of hand,” virtual-novel.net said.
She was afraid that Stanley might get into a lot of trouble for doing this. But virtual-novel.net did not say anything and continued to walk out with virtual-novel.net in his arms. When they arrived in the walkway, Xyla heard Tom’s pitiful cry to be forgiven. The sound pierced through virtual-novel.net ears and made virtual-novel.net heart shiver.
Carefully, Xyla looked up at Stanley’s perfect jawline and his cold eyes. “Stop this, will you?”
“I’m here for you, no matter what happens,” virtual-novel.net said confidently.
“He is Tony Sullivan’s son.”
“Even if virtual-novel.net is the son of god, I will make virtual-novel.net pay for doing this to you,” Stanley said ruthlessly while virtual-novel.net walked forward.
His sentence warmed virtual-novel.net heart. Xyla finally understood what it felt like to be protected. At that moment, virtual-novel.net was the only person virtual-novel.net could depend on. When Xyla looked at Stanley, virtual-novel.net felt immensely grateful. She was too afraid to think about what would have happened to virtual-novel.net if virtual-novel.net had not shown up today.
“Don’t be capricious, Five Batton,” said Xyla.
“Don’t get involved, hmm?” Stanley replied softly.
“I don’t want things to get out of hand, and I don’t want you to be affected.”
“I know where to draw the line,” said Stanley confidently with a calm look on his face.
“If your subordinates accidentally kill him, do you know what the consequences will be?” asked Xyla.
“I’ll take responsibility for all of it,” Stanley answered.
By now, they had already walked out of the main entrance. There was a row of black Audis, as well as a row of men dressed in black lined up orderly in front of the main entrance. When these men saw Stanley, they nodded respectfully.
Xyla was stunned by what virtual-novel.net saw. Stanley’s power in the gang far exceeded virtual-novel.net expectations. How could a gangster be this influential?
Soon, one of the men dressed in black opened the door oI an Audi with the ‘Number Two’ car plate. Stanley carefully carried Xyla into the car.
Xyla refused to give up. “I’m giving you an order to stop what your men are doing. Do you hear me?”
