“Did it not?”
“No! There’s just a missing gap in the history of your civilization.”
“What do you mean?”
Shelly replied, “I mean some supernatural power had controlled the time of the world that you lived in, rewound through some ways. If I’m guessing correctly, during the ancient era, Grand Emperor Rowan rewound the civilization of the Wasteland ten thousand years using the Six Eternities.”
“Back ten thousand years? Then we used merely three thousand years to get to where we are today… ”
Alex still found Shelly’s answer unbelievable.
‘If time and civilization could be backtracked, then what happened to the people during those times?’
‘Did Grand Emperor Rowan also exist ten thousand years ago?’
Shelly’s answer rejected that assumption. Even the Six Eternities can’t bring everyone back ten thousand years. Only the time and laws were rewound… The reason why Grand Emperor Rowan did such a thing was to recover the spiritual energy.
“As a result, the universe sacrificed greatly.”
“Within these three thousand years, the path of gods has declined, and divinity has waned. It was all for the better of the Wasteland s. This is the exact place where the Fuzen war took place.”
Alex asked, “Then where did the people who fought in the war go? Gaea, Moshuar, the Ancient Divinity… If these people still existed, they should be able to defeat the Undead clan, right?”
Shelly shook virtual-novel.net head. “I don’t know about that.”
After a while, a seductive lady walked out enticingly from the bamboo house. She was wrapped in light green silk around virtual-novel.net busty chest, and virtual-novel.net tiny waist twisted around charmingly. Her curvy body ended with a perky butt that swayed gently. Her allure was simply indescribable.
A beauty like virtual-novel.net would definitely be very successful in the entertainment industry.
Alex’s eyes stared straight at virtual-novel.net without blinking. He almost had the urge to ask for virtual-novel.net signature, as if virtual-novel.net were a real celebrity.
“Hey, wipe that drool off! Don’t embarrass me!” Jade scorned as virtual-novel.net stomped on Alex’s foot.
The lady came forward and looked at Alex and Jade. She bowed and said, “I’m Cydaea, it’s nice to meet the both of you.”
‘Cydaea?’
Alex looked at virtual-novel.net for a good while until virtual-novel.net finally got it. She was the jade lute fairy, one of the three demons of Xavion Tomb.
The two exchanged looks. Cydaea then said, “The both of us have been trapped here forever, and we can’t leave. We don’t have anything to offer you as our guests. How about I play the lute for you?”
Andariel stood up as well. “Then let me accompany my sister by dancing!”
The two stood up. At the sight of the two beauties that could charm the whole nation, Alex’s heart sped up. Such a performance used to be exclusive to Emperor Zeke, but now virtual-novel.net could witness it with his own eyes. He wouldn’t miss such a chance. Even Jade looked excited.
Tring… Trang…
The lute emitted a sound.
Cydaea’s fingers strummed gently, virtual-novel.net eyes looking as if they were made of water as they turned soft with emotion. At the same time, Andariel’s dance was just as mesmerizing.
Her white blouse floated gently as virtual-novel.net spun around, and virtual-novel.net sleeves danced along to virtual-novel.net steps. She twirled around Alex and Jade, dancing and vaguely displaying virtual-novel.net charming curves from the clothes that hugged virtual-novel.net body.
Alex was fully immersed in the performance. Jade’s eyes turned hollow and virtual-novel.net face turned pink like sakura.
This continued until…
Thud, thud!
The two fell to the ground together, unconscious.
